We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone's life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider changing their appointment. In our desire to be both effective and fair to all our clients and out of consideration for the therapists time, The Table: Therapeutic Massage has adopted the following Policies for rescheduling.
24 hour advance notice is required when changing an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to provide 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $25 Fee on your next massage session.
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo his or her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. A $25 fee will be added to any future services. Anyone who has pre-paid visits remaining on their account shall forfeit a session to cover the no-showed appointment time.
Canceled appointments within the 24 hour rescheduling window and /or, “No-Show” appointments have 30 days from the appointment date to make a new appointment. If no appointment is made, a bill will be issued for the portion owed.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are going to be late and are able to inform me, PLEASE do so. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time to start treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “FULL” session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
